UCRAssist is an independent, privately owned filing service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of the Unified Carrier Registration Plan, FMCSA, the U.S. Department of Transportation, or any state agency. You can register yourself at the official portal, www.ucr.gov, for the government fee alone.

What we charge for

The government fee is set by federal rule (49 CFR Part 367) and is identical whether you pay it through us or directly. Our service fee is for verifying your information against the FMCSA record, filing on your behalf, and delivering the receipt. Both are shown separately before you pay.

Marks

“UCR” and “Unified Carrier Registration” refer to the federal program and are used descriptively. Government seals and agency logos do not appear on this site because we are not an agency.
