Why this exists

UCR is a small annual fee with an outsized ability to get a truck parked at a scale. The official portal works, but the ecosystem around it doesn't: look-alike sites with eagle logos, letters saying “your UCR is expired” when it isn't, prices that quietly bundle a $55 government fee into a $125 “registration”, and auto-renewals nobody agreed to. The Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association and state DOTs have been warning about it for years.

We think a filing service can be useful and honest: check the vehicle count against the FMCSA record before money moves, file the same day, put the receipt where the customer can find it, and show both lines of the price. That's the whole business.

What we do

• Verify your USDOT, legal name, operation type and power-unit count against the FMCSA register.
• Apply the UCR Plan rules for brackets, entity types and base states (including non-participating home states and Canadian and Mexican carriers).
• Submit your registration at the official UCR National Registration System as your authorized agent.
• Email you the official receipt and keep it on your private order page.
• Send one reminder when the next window opens, if you ask for it.

What we don't do

• Mark up the government fee, or hide it inside a “total”.
• Charge your card again next year.
• Sell registrations for years that are closed.
• Give legal or tax advice. For edge cases, the UCR help desk at 1-833-827-7526 is the authority.
